May produce false positives — a domain flagged as suspicious may be entirely legitimate
May produce false negatives — a domain not flagged may still be malicious
Should be used as one input among many in any risk assessment or investigation, not as the sole determining factor

SapherData expressly disclaims liability for any actions taken based solely on its risk scores or scam classifications, including takedown requests, account closures, legal action, or public communications about a domain's legitimacy.
